GIRL STRUGGLES 101 : 10 TIPS ON HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT

Every girl’s dream is to look good and so bothering about how to lose weight is something common to most girls. Tired of seeing pretty skinny girls all over social media? Tired of trying on jeans that never fit?  Tired of that stubborn weight that doesn’t want to leave? Then these easy tips on how to lose weight naturally and fast should come in handy. ( Exercising was left out, as this is already a popular means of loosing weight)

* Eat a high-protein breakfast as it reduces cravings and calorie intake throughout the day.

*Drink water a half hour before meals

*Choose weight loss-Friendly foods

*Avoid sugary foods and drinks; these are fattening, avoiding them helps you lose weight.

*Eat soluble fibre as this reduces fat especially in the belly area

*Eat your food slowly, as eating slowly makes you feel more full and boosts weight-reducing hormones

*Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods as they are healthier , more filling and much less likely to cause over eating.

*Drink coffee or tea. If you’re a coffee or tea lover, then drink as much as you want as the caffeine in them can boost your metabolism

*Use smaller plates. Studies show that people automatically eat less when they use smaller plates.

*Get a good night’s sleep, as poor sleep is one of the causes of weight gain.
